Identification of miR-29b-1-5p-regulated genes. a Expression profiles of messenger RNAs (mRNAs) in K562 cells transfected with miR-29b-1-5p mimic or scramble oligonucleotides then cultured with medium for 48 h were evaluated using RNA-Seq transcriptome analysis. Each scatter spot represents the mean raw signals of microRNA (miRNA) in three repeats of each treatment. b The RNA expression levels of 16 genes were significantly higher, whereas the RNA expression levels of 10 genes were significantly lower, in K562 cells after being transfected with miR-29b-1-5p mimic for 48 h. c Four genes potentially involved in the inflammatory responses were selected for further analysis.
