TREM-1 expression is upregulated in CD14+ cells from synovial fluid in RA. Synovial cells and paired PBMC from synovial fluid (SF) and peripheral blood (PB) of 10 patients with RA were isolated by Ficoll-Hypaque density gradient. PBMC were obtained from the blood of 10 HC. Two-color flow cytometry was performed with fluorescein FITC-labeled anti-CD14 and APC-labeled anti-TREM-1. a Representative flow cytometric dot plots and histograms of TREM-1 expression on gated CD14+ cells isolated from SF and PB in RA and from PB in HC.
