  1. CysC and C1q were measured by turbidimetric immunoassay, and Urea and Creat were detected by the urease method and sarcosine oxidase assay, respectively. ANOVA analysis or Kruskal-Wallis test was used for comparing the differences among the multiple groups. F∕χ2 and P represented the statistical results of ANOVA analysis or Kruskal-Wallis test among all the study groups
