Mice with PR conditionally knocked out in osteoprogenitor cells had higher circulating T cells and higher arthritis incidence in male mice. (a) Mononuclear cells were obtained from peripheral blood in WT-CIA or PRΔPrx1-CIA and subjected to FAC determination of CD3e+, CD69+, and CD25+ T-cells.
