Dysbiosis of gut microbiota with Pg inoculation in SKG mice. Feces from each group were collected for DNA purification. Subsequently, gut microbiota composition was determined by sequencing the bacterial 16S rRNA gene after DNA purification of mouse feces. The abundance of bacterial composition was analyzed. Percentages of phylum-level bacterial composition in each group (a). Percentages of order-level or family-level bacterial composition in feces of each group of SKG mice 6 weeks after inoculation with or without Pg (b–f). Data represent mean ± SD (a–f) of 5 mice per group. Statistical analyses were performed using the Tukey-Kramer test and Bonferroni-corrected Mann-Whitney U test for multiple comparisons (*P < 0.05, **P < 0.01)
