Dysbiosis of gut microbiota in SKG mice. Fecal microbiota transmission (FMT) of donor feces to recipient SKG mice was performed. Recipient mice received donor feces after i.p. injection of LA twice a week. The feces of recipient mice were collected 6 weeks after LA injection, and metagenomics analysis was performed.
