Targeting JAKs or glycolytic enzymes inhibits the development of a glycolytic and pro-inflammatory SF phenotype. OASF were cultured with or without stimulation by ThCM in the presence or absence of different concentrations of baricitinib, tofacitinib or the glycolytic inhibitors 3-BrPa and FX11.
