Population attributable fraction and average attributable fraction values relate to hyperuricemia as a dichotomous variable where for the SLC2A9 rs12498742 A-allele PAF and AAF was calculated under a dominant model; R2 relates to serum urate as a continuous variable. All risk factors are dichotomous.
