  1. Note: Using the GWAS summary data of hand osteoarthritis (OA), transcriptome-wide association study (TWAS) was conducted using the FUSION approach. The mRNA expression profiles of knee OA was acquired from the Gene Expression Omnibus database (accession number: GSE114007). The common candidate genes were finally detected by comparing the significant genes identified by TWAS with the differently expressed genes detected by the mRNA expression profiles
