The impact of Fli1 deficiency on the proportion of dermal DC subsets. Wild-type (WT) and Fli1+/− mice were treated with bleomycin (BLM) for a week. Representative flow cytometry plots of CD11b and CD103 staining in CD11c+ cells from the dermis are shown. The percentages of CD11b−CD103−, CD11b+CD103−, and CD11b−CD103+ cells in CD11c+ cells in WT and/or Fli1+/− mice are summarized in graphs. Flow cytometry profiles are representative of 6–7 individual animals from at least 2 separate experiments. Bars show the mean ± SEM. *P < 0.05
