Confirmation of the differential impacts of TNFis on gene expression. A–E RNA was prepared from Th cells purified from PBMCs pre-stimulated with anti-CD3/anti-CD28 in the absence (-) or presence of indicated TNFis (5X). The transcript levels of Th cytokines (A), type 1 IFN-inducible genes (B), and CCL2, SIRPG, as well as CD96 (C) were quantified with qPCR.
