Robust intracellular cytokine profile of DM skin cells expressing CB2R. DM skin cells were isolated and stained via flow cytometry. Flow cytometry identifies a population of CD4+ T cells, CD11c+ mDCs, and CD123+ pDCs that express CB2R in DM skin. Flow cytometry quantifies IL-31, IL-4, IFN-γ, and IFN-β produced by each population.
