C Neutrophils were pre-incubated with inhibitors scavenging mitochondrial ROS (MitoTEMPO) and inhibiting NADPH oxidase (DPI) and analyzed for capacity to induce ROS production upon stimulation with media, TLR8 agonist R848, fMLP, and/or plasma from patients with vasculitis (n=10).
