Cytokine receptor gene expression in culture with skin fibroblasts. PBMCs and non-lesional (NLSF) or lesional skin fibroblasts (LSF) were cultured alone or in co-culture at a 5:1 ratio for 24 h, in the presence or absence of PHA (5 μg/ml) or IL-23 (50 ng/ml). RNA was recovered, and RT-qPCR was performed to analyze IL-17RA, IL-17RC, IL-12Rβ1, IL-12Rβ2, and IL-23R expression.
