From: IL-22 inhibits bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis in association with inhibition of IL-17A in mice
The IL-17A neutralizing antibody inhibits the expression levels of fibrosis-related genes. In the bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis model, lung tissues were collected at day 7 and day 21. A Western blotting was used to detect protein (n = 3) levels of Collagen I, vimentin, and α-SMA. Relative intensity of each band was normalized to GAPDH protein. The relevant gels and blots were cropped. B Immunofluorescence was performed on cryosection of lung tissues with indicated antibodies (n = 3). Scale bar: 50 μm.
