Bleomycin enhanced the expression of M2 markers in J774 macrophages with or without IL-4. J774 macrophages were incubated for 24 h with increasing concentrations of bleomycin in the absence and in the presence of IL-4 (1 ng/ml). Arginase-1 (mArg-1; A and B) and mannose receptor C type 1 (mMRC-1; C and D). mRNA levels were measured with RT-PCR and normalized to GAPDH mRNA. WT control was given the value of 1 and the other values are set in the proportion to that value.
