Expression of M2-markers in response to IL-4/bleomycin treatment was lower in macrophages from TRPA1-deficient mice. Mouse peritoneal macrophages were incubated with bleomycin, IL-4, or their combination for 24 h. mRNA levels were measured with RT-PCR and normalized to GAPDH mRNA. WT control was given the value of 1 and other values are set in the proportion to that value. Data are expressed as mean + SEM. *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01, ***p < 0.001
