TAK-715 alleviated IL-1β-induced inflammation in NPCs. NPCs were preincubated with TAK-715 for 2 h, and then, IL-1β was added for 48 h. A Western blot analysis was used to analyze COX-2 and HMGB1 in NPCs; B, C COX-2 and HMGB1 immunoblots were quantitatively analyzed.
