TAK-715 suppressed IL-1β-induced p38 activation in NPCs. NPCs were preincubated with TAK-715 for 2 h, and then, IL-1β was added for 48 h. A Western blot analysis was used to analyze p38 and p-p38 protein expression in NPCs. B The immunoblot ratio of p-p38/p38 was quantitatively analyzed. C The fluorescence intensity of p-p38 was analyzed by immunofluorescence assays (scale bar:20 μm). D ImageJ was used to analyze the fluorescence intensity of p-p38.
