Table 3 Up- and down-regulated genes in osteoarthritis (OA) fibroblast-like synoviocytes (FLSs) stimulated with protein I/II. Confluent OA FLSs were stimulated with protein I/II for 4 hours or left untreated as controls. Total RNA was isolated, reverse-transcribed into 32P-labeled cDNA, and hybridized to Atlas human cancer cDNA expression arrays. The values are expression ratios (protein I/II / control).
