Effect of adalimumab on neutrophil chemiluminescence production. Neutrophils were obtained as described in the legend to Fig. 1 and then tested for chemiluminescence (CL) production in resting conditions (spontaneous CL) or in response to 5 ng/ml phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate (PMA-induced CL).
