  1. The results are shown for mothers, the serum of whom has been systematically tested in the three assays. Only the IgG antibody response was tested in Western blotting and ELISA. The first figure in parentheses represents the number of mothers and the second represents the total number of samples tested. The data take into account the number of samples collected from each mother, which differs from 1 to 5. Thus, for each mother, the frequency of positivity (%) to each peptide was determined as the number of positive sera reported to the total number of samples.
