All mice in Figures 1 and 3 (a to l), and littermate controls (b/b) are included in the calculations. The sub-interval congenic mice were generated by intercrossing the C1 congenic mice (Figures 1 and 2).
  2. bMbp = mega base pairs. The Mbp position is according to Ensembl release 49.
  3. ca/a = homozygous RIIIS/J alleles; b/b = homozygous B10.RIII alleles; a/b = heterozygous.
