Viral supernatant was centrifuged for four hours at the indicated relative centrifugal force. The viral pellet was resuspended in a hundredth of the original volume. The functional viral titer of the post-centrifugation supernatant (solid bars) and the resuspended viral pellet (open bars) were measured on NIH 3T3 cells by the FACS-based limiting dilution expression assay.
