From: Adalimumab regulates intracellular TNFα production in patients with rheumatoid arthritis
Intracellular tumor necrosis factor α regulation in monocytes after tumor necrosis factor α culture overnight. Whole blood of healthy donors was cultured overnight with tumor necrosis factor α (TNFα; 6 ng/ml), adalimumab (ADA; 2 μg/ml) or media. After culturing, whole blood was stimulated with lipopolysaccharide (LPS) or LPS plus adalimumab for 4 hours. The percentage of iTNFα+ CD14+ was analyzed. O/n, Overnight.
