RNA was extracted from PBMCs and quantified by RT-qPCR. The gene co-expression networks of inactive TAK and active TAK were constructed respectively. The Pearson correlation coefficient of any 2 gene expression levels was calculated to construct a correlation matrix. A P value of less than 0.05 was considered significant. The blue edge indicates the correlation only exists in the active TAK group or inactive TAK group.
