YTHDF2 is participate in regulation SOX9 expression. (A) The interaction between YTHDF2 and SOX9 mRNA was investigated by RIP assay. (B) The expression levels of YTHDF2 and SOX9 mRNA in chondrocytes were examined following YTHDF2 overexpression. (C) The impact of YTHDF2 overexpression on the interaction between YTHDF2 and SOX9 mRNA was assessed through the RIP assay. (D) The relative remaining amount of SOX9 mRNA in chondrocytes after treatment with actinomycin D (5 µg/mL) at specific time points was measured. (E) The expression levels of circFTO, YTHDF2, and SOX9 mRNA in chondrocytes were evaluated upon YTHDF2 overexpression or circFTO knockdown. (F) The expression level of SOX9 mRNA in chondrocytes was quantified. Data are presented as mean ± SD, n = 3; ***p < 0.001, ###p < 0.001
