  1. Alleles S2, S3P and L are defined according to amino acid sequence at positions 70–74, as described in Table 1. The L alleles are the low-risk alleles S1, S3D and X. The reference genotype is L/L. aPseudo-controls are the three other genotypes that could be formed by the parental genotypes.
