The representative conjugate control for detection of GRP78 in plasma cells of follicular synovitis is also shown in (a). The upregulated GRP78 in plasma cells of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) relative to that of OA (P = 0.002) and the increased expression of GRP78 in plasma cells of follicular synovitis relative to that of diffuse synovitis (P < 0.001) are shown in (b) and (c), respectively.
