Values are the absolute numbers of genotypes with frequencies in percent given in parentheses. P values were calculated using chi-squared test with 2 × 2 contigency tables for comparison of frequencies of the indicated marker in the rheumatoid arthritis patient subgroups. Data for erosive disease status and the presence of extraarticular manifestions was not available for 136 and 175 patients, respectively.
