Clustering of differentially expressed genes. The DAVID utility [24, 25] was used to cluster differentially expressed genes according to a false discovery rate 0.01 threshold, in both Mmp8+/+ and Mmp8-/-arthritic mice, exclusive arthritic Mmp8+/+ mice and exclusive arthritic Mmp8-/- mice. The functional description and the number of genes with enrichment score (E. score) >3.0 are shown.
