OSM stimulus IL-6 mRNA expression in RA-FLS, OSM stimulates IL-6 synthesis in RA-FLS. (a) RA-FLS were stimulated with 20 ng/ml of recombinant OSM for various times as indicated. IL-6 and GAPDH mRNA expression was determined by real-time PCR method. The data were expressed as the mean ± SD of three independent experiments. *P < 0.01 compared to untreated RA-FLS. (b) RA-FLS were stimulated with various concentrations of recombinant OSM as indicated for 24 hours. IL-6 protein in the conditioned media was determined by ELISA.
