The effects of trichostatin A on the T cell stimulatory capacity of dendritic cells. Bone marrow-derived dendritic cells from SKG mice were treated with zymosan A and/or trichostatin A for 18 h, extensively washed, and used for the allo-mixed lymphocyte reaction to assess the T cell stimulatory capacity.
