Effect of pertussis toxin (PTX) on CXCL10-induced expression of receptor activator of nuclear factor kappa-B ligand (RANKL). Expression was assessed by immunoblot assay (a) and densitometry (b). Jurkat T cells were pretreated with 200 ng/mL PTX for 18 hours and then treated with 10 ng/mL CXCL10 for 6 hours. RANKL expression was assessed by immunoblot analysis using a specific antibody against RANKL. The immonoblot assays shown are representative of at least four independent experiments, and the histograms show average and standard deviations of representative RANKL expression.
