Recognition of citrullinated fibronectin peptides by RA sera. The four fibronectin peptide sets (A, FN-Arg/Cit₂₄₁; B, FN-Arg/Cit_1035,1036; C, FN-Arg/Cit₁₁₆₂; D, FN-Arg/Cit₂₃₅₆) were analyzed by ELISA with 23 sera from established RA patients. Two peptide sets (E, FN-Arg/Cit_1035,1036; F, FN-Arg/Cit₂₃₅₆) were analyzed with a larger cohort obtained from established RA sera (n = 80). OD450 = optical density at 450 nm.
