Effect of fibrinogen on IL-1β and IL-8 production induced by calcium pyrophosphate crystals. The effect of fibrinogen (1 mg/ml, F1; 3 mg/ml, F3) on the production of IL-1β and IL-8 induced by calcium pyrophosphate crystals (CPP; 0.025 mg/ml). Results are expressed as the percentage of stimulation with respect to the controls. Bars are the mean and standard deviation of three separate experiments.
