Adiponectin attenuates TGF-β-induced profibrotic responses. A. Confluent dermal fibroblasts were incubated with or without TGF-β (2 ng/ml) in the presence of the indicated concentration of adiponectin for 48 hours. Total RNA was subjected to real-time qPCR.
