Mankin score at the contact, transitional, and non-contact areas and average for all three areas in the control (CON), low- (LIR), moderate- (MIR), and high-intensity (HIR) groups. Similar changes were observed for each area as well as the average: both the LIR and MIR groups had a lower Mankin score than the CON group, and a significantly higher score was found in the HIR compared to the CON, LIR, and MIR groups, respectively.
