Perfusion as assessed by LDI improved after medication administration. Sample images from Subject 6 at the second PK/end of study visit are shown. The baseline image at drug trough prior to administration of a 4 mg dose (left) corresponds to a mean perfusion of 89.3 units and a skin temperature of 25°C.
