Dose–response effect of visfatin/Nampt on the mRNA expression of interleukin-6, keratinocyte chemoattractant and monocyte chemoattractant protein 1 by murine osteoblasts. Murine osteoblasts were treated with recombinant visfatin/nicotinamide phosphoribosyltransferase (Nampt) at 20, 50 and 100 nM for 24 hours.
