Endogenous CARD8 interacts with NLRP3 irrespective of the isoform. (A) Cell lysates of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from healthy volunteers with the T48 isoform or T47 isoform before and after stimulation by lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and adenosine triphosphate (ATP) were analyzed by immunoprecipitation (IP) and Western blotting.
