Combined effects adenosine A2A receptor (A2AR), adenosine ABA receptor (A2BR) and apremilast on inhibition of TNF-α release. Cumulative concentration response curves to apremilast (6 nM−1 μM) were performed in the Raw 264.7 cells 30 minutes before incubation with lipolysaccharide (LPS) 1 μM during 4 h. We added CGS21680 1 μM (a), SCH 58261 1 μM or ZM 241385 1 μM (b), BAY60-6583 1 μM (c) or GS 6201 1 μM (d) 15 minutes before apremilast.
