From: Interleukin-10-producing LAG3+ regulatory T cells are associated with disease activity and abatacept treatment in rheumatoid arthritis

Fig. 2

LAG3+ Tregs suppressed B-cell antibody production independent of IL-10. a B cells and TFH cells were cocultured with LAG3+ Tregs under staphylococcal enterotoxin B stimulation in Transwells for 12 days. The indicated subsets were placed in upper and lower chambers as described. Total IgG production was determined by ELISA (n = 3). b Anti-IL-10 antibody and anti-FasL antibody were added to the same coculture system as in (a). Total IgG production was determined by ELISA (n = 3). All error bars represent SD. *** P < 0.001; **** P < 0.0001. All P values were calculated by one-way analysis of variance and Tukey’s multiple-comparison test. Ab Antibody, ELISA Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, FasL Fas ligand, Ig Immunoglobulin, IL Interleukin, LAG3 Lymphocyte activation gene 3, T FH Follicular helper T cell, Treg Regulatory T cell
