None of the demographic parameters, other than difference in Lysholm scores, showed differences between responders (R) and non-responders (NR) in individuals whose synovial fluids (SFs) from Stage I (SI) or Stage II (SII) were compared, nor were there differences between individuals who were either responders or non-responders when comparing Stage I and Stage II samples (p ≥ 0.05; Mann-Whitney U test).
