Suppression of ocular inflammation in vivo by Dow2 in experimental autoimmune uveitis (EAU) mice. Ocular inflammation was evaluated by (a) color fundus imaging, (b) optical coherence tomography (OCT), and (c) clinical and OCT scores in EAU mice treated at 7 days postimmunization with Dow2 or rat IgG isotype control (2 μg/mouse intraperitoneally). Clinical scores (fundus score, grades 0–4) and OCT scores (grades 0–4) were determined on days 14 and 21 postimmunization. Filled ovals represent individual scores, and horizontal bars indicate the mean score for each treatment group (Dow2 mice, n = 12; control mice, n = 13). Representative data from five independent experiments with similar results are shown
