NanoString analysis of mRNA from arthritic joints of mice. CAIA was induced in wild-type (WT, n = 6) and V-KO (KO, n = 6) mice and mRNA was isolated from knee tissue on day 13 post induction. Each mRNA sample was analyzed using the NanoString nCounter® Mouse Inflammation Kit.
