Surface expression of CXCR4, CXCR5, CXCR7 and CCR6 on memory (CD27+) and naïve (CD27) B cells from PB and SF of patients with arthritis. Mononuclear cells isolated from PB and SF labeled with a combination of three fluorochrome-conjugated mAbs and analyzed by flow cytometry. Surface expression of chemokine receptors studied in CD27+ and CD27 in CD20+ cells from PB (considered 100%) and SF in patients with RA.
