Surface expression of CXCR4, CXCR5, CXCR7 and CCR6 on memory (CD27+) and naïve (CD27–) B cells from PB and SF of patients with arthritis. Mononuclear cells isolated from PB and SF labeled with a combination of three fluorochrome-conjugated mAbs and analyzed by flow cytometry.
