Effect of short link N (sLN) on disc height index (DHI). Two weeks following annular puncture, rabbits were injected with saline or sLN. DHI was measured every 2 weeks by radiography and converted to a percentage of disc height index (%DHI) using the adjacent non-punctured disc as a control.
