GTS-21 had no effect on the expression of CD80 and major histocompatibility complex II (MHC II) on the surface of dendritic cells (DCs) during DC maturation. On day 6 of bone marrow–derived dendritic cell culture, immature DCs were stimulated with GTS-21 (0.1, 1, 10, or 100 μmol/L) for 24 h. The expression levels of MHC II and CD80 were detected by using flow cytometry.
