Proportion of CD14+ cells, BR3+/CD14+ cells, and TACI+/CD14+ cells in peripheral blood. Whole blood samples collected from HC (n = 37) and pSS patients (n = 67) were incubated with phycoerythrin-labeled anti-BR3 or phycoerythrin-labeled anti-TACI and Pacific blue-labeled anti-CD14 mAbs.
